This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 12pm Line numbers will be given out at 8:30am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 12pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 12pm

You will have until 12pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

This is a smaller sale that most estate sale companies probably would have passed on. But I went ahead and accepted the task as this is a close family member of mine personally. This house is exceptionally clean and even though my cousin built this house more than 50 years ago, there is not much accumulation in this house like we usually see.

The house has already sold, therefore, we have to have it emptied out for the family before the closing of the house. Therefore, we hope to see all of our regulars at this small but really nice sale.

As always everything is priced to sell and we need it all gone, so we will be doing some major bundeling, especially on Sunday. Also note, we are only open until noon all three days. Hours are 9am to NOON instead of 9am to 1pm.

The staff of Al's is always ready to assist you in loading your purchases with anything you buy over this three day sale. You will have until noon Sunday to pick up purchases. Remember, we are firm on Friday with our pricing. On Saturday, we will be 25% off and on Sunday we will be half off. Everything is priced to sell in this house, so be prepared to bring home some real bargains from this sale.
