Please read: We've been dealing with unexpected health issues for Steve. He probably won't be at the sale, which will leave us short-handed. We have done our best to get this sale organized and priced, and it truly seems like we've been working on this forever! This is a 3,000 sq. ft. house with more stuff than space, which is why we're doing 2 sales. Please bear with us as best you can to be patient & understanding. We greatly appreciate it!

The first sale will be upstairs and the main floor. We will probably have the garage included, but won't know that until later this week..so please check back.

Due to the vast quantity, there's truly not a lot of room for people..so we will have to be limiting entry. Will do our best to get as many people in as we can. but will need and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
