Estate Sales by Steve & Sheri

This is the 2nd sale at this large house in S. County. Although we sold an amazing amount during the 1st sale, there's still lots left. This time we're opening the basement this time and it's jam packed too! Please check out the pics..these are just the basement.

PLEASE NOTE: We are still dealing with Steve's health issues so he won't be there. As before, i will need and appreciate your patience and understanding! Pricing this huge volume has fallen mostly on me and I've done my best with the time I've been able to spend here. Anything with out a price, just ask!

ALSO: Don't forget..if you enter off of Lemay Ferry, there is a stop sign at the 1st cross street that's completely blocked by a tree. You don't see it until you're right on it and it's easy to run..so please be careful!

Still from the 1st sale are lots of vintage board games, tons of cute Minnie Mouse stuff, mens watches & some sterling jewelry, costume jewelry, misc. furniture pieces, knives, puzzles, toys, garage items, patio stuff, kitchen stuff, office stuff, and lots more.

This gentleman collected guns, but the family kept them and the safes as well. There is reloading equipement and other misc. gun stuff, also books and magazines, holsters, etc.

There is a huge variety in the basement, as well as in the whole house! We will have to limit entry, so please bear with us!

And..don't forget to turn your clocks back!

We will put #s on the front porch about 9:30 am Saturday

Hope to see you there!
