This is a very clean house and some very nice, clean and well taken care of items.

The furniture is all in very good condition and we have many different styles from many eras. We will be featuring a pump organ, a victrola, an antique curved curio cabinet, lots of sofas and upholstered furniture and several miscellaneous end tables and side table of many different styles. We will be selling several very old newspaper headlines, lots of beautiful china, lots of clocks, beautifully framed pictures and artwork. Lots of higher end vases, wall art and two older (early 60's) Schwinn bicycles. The outside patio furniture, shepherd hooks, planters, birdbaths, hoses and yard decor are endless and all in good shape. The enclosed porch includes some white wicker furniture and some great garden decor. We have a full military uniform, lots of costume jewelry and a shed full of outdoor and garden supplies. The kitchenware is spectacular and includes some highly collectible Corning Ware and Pyrex all in pristine condition. Appliances include a washer and dryer and a gas room heater.

The workbench in the basement has a fair amount of household tools and the garage is full of some great outdoor tools and ladders. The bedrooms are full of furniture, quilts, antique chairs, women's clothing and shoes, some great beds and lots of linens and towels. We have a nice collection of dolls and a set of grandma and grandpa rockers on the front porch. We have some great birdfeeders in the trees. We will be offering a small amount of handicapped equipment and some nice totes with lids.

In addition to the pump organ there is a nice older organ in the basement and an upright piano in the living room.

A featured item will be a 1860's large school bell with lots of history to it. More info on the bell when you come to the sale.

As you can tell by the photos there are a plethora of smalls way too numerous to mention but includes albums, lamps, quite a few books including older books and other forms of media including CD's and DVD's.

This is a nice spacious house and everything has layed out very nicely and we know all will be pleasantly surprised with the quantity and quality of these items.

As always, looking forward to seeing you all at this sale.
