This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

- on Friday , line numbers at 8am, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 2pm

Our pricing structure will be as follows...
Our first day (Friday) prices will be firm.
On our second day, Saturday prices will be 25% off
On our third day, Sunday prices will be 50% off
As always, the staff of Al's Estate Sales will eagerly assist you in loading up your purchases. Also, remember we are a cash only sale and that will strictly be adhered to with this sale.
Though the long range forecast at the time of this posting looks very good for us with regards to no precipitation, we are expecting it to be a frigid weekend, especially on Friday. This gated community has very limited parking, so we suggest that if you have a problem getting to us early on the first day, please come back later in the day or over the weekend.
This villa is spectacular. This pet free/ smoke free home has very nice glassware and smalls. Everything is spotless and is in perfect condition. We have lots of Christmas and other holiday decor, lots of golf decor and quite a bit of bar ware and bar signage.
We have a fair amount of costume jewelry, a full and complete dining room set from the 1970's, a couple of mink coats and some great pictures and prints nicely framed.
We have well stocked kitchen and some fantastic patio furniture, sun room furniture and some beautiful wrought iron tables and lounge chairs.
There are some wonderful vases and Home Goods type decor. We also will be selling all appliances.
This warm home will be a joy to walk through for everyone. We hope you will enjoy shopping this sale as much as we've enjoyed setting it up. We wish all of our homes was as nice as this one.
