We cannot accommodate early birds the day before the sale. Numbers will be on front porch at 7 AM on Saturday morning.
The family reserves the right to remove any items from the sale. Only 15 people will be allowed to enter at a time. We will be full price on Saturday. Sunday everything is 50% off, unless marked in Red. Cash is preferred, and credit cards are accepted with a 3% fee. Furniture may be taken at time of purchase, but must be picked up by 2pm on Sunday, unless other arrangements are made. Please bring help if you plan to purchase large items. Staff and home owner not responsible for accidents - Please use caution while on the premises! By attending the sale you agree that you understand these terms and we are not liable for accidents.
