This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday , line numbers at 8am, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
Our pricing structure will be as follows...
Our first day (Friday) prices will be firm.
On our second day, Saturday prices will be 25% off
On our third day, Sunday prices will be 50% off
Remember we are a cash only sale and that will strictly be adhered to with this sale.
This is a very tiny condo unit. It is on the first floor. We will be entering through the sliding glass doors which face the parking lot and you will be entering into the master bedroom. There is a second bedroom which is tiny. There is a living room/dining room combination but most of that is filled with our check out tables and our jewelry tables. It is so tight in the condo, that we are unable to provide holding tables which is something that we always do. Because it is so tight, we will only be able to allow about 15 people into this unit at a time. So, please be prepared to wait.
There are some wonderful smalls in the house, and some fantastic mid century and antique pieces. Here is what we will be featuring in this three day sale . . .
To start with, we have quite a bit of very nice costume jewelry. This is a somewhat older collection but you jewelry buyers will love our selection that we have available.
We have a vintage/mid century dining room set which we had to break down to save room. There is a matching hutch and server. We have a beautiful older curio cabinet, a great mid century paneled mirror and a great selection of furniture smalls. The bedroom sets are 1980's with the plastic fronts but look like wood.
We have lots of picture frames and wall art, lots of great clocks, lamps of all styles and some great seasonal items. We will have a few albums and lots of brass pieces.
We have a floor safe (key), suitcases and lots of miscellaneous kitchen ware.
We will be offering two electric scooters. One of them is brand new but both are in great working condition.
We also have a new matching washer and electric dryer in brand new condition.
This is going to be a quick walk through but still a big sale. We hope to see all of our regulars at this one.
This sale is Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9-1, but we will also have another sale on this Memorial Day weekend near Loughborough and I55 on Field Avenue which will run Saturday, Sunday and Memorial Day Monday. Please look for that sale also.
