This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8 am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

This is a very nice, clean spacious house. The previous owners had no pets and this was a non smoking home.

As always, the pictures speak for themselves. But, I will touch on a few things that are in the house. We have a nice table full of costume jewelry, a large amount of ammo in which you can see of the type of ammo it is in one of the early photos. We have lots of women's clothing, many new with tags. And, as most women do - she had lots and lots of shoes. We have two full bedroom furniture sets, lots of side tables, both living room and family room sofas, lots of cookbooks and wonderful lamps of all styles and shapes. We have a full kitchen full of some great pots and pans, glass ware, cooking utensils and canister sets. There is some wonderful figurines and decor throughout the house, albums, CD's, a great sounding stereo consul and some beautiful wall decor and framed pictures.

In the lower level (basement) we have lots of bar stools, a second great set of kitchen table and chairs, a great refrigerator (beer box), lots of great storage cabinets, barware, games and a ton of great seasonal items covering all holidays.

Everything in this house is very clean and everything is in wonderful condition. There's not a lot of "man stuff" in this house, other than a handful of household tools in the garage.

As always, the staff of Al's will assist you in loading your purchases and you will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up anything you have purchased throughout the weekend.

Just a reminder . . . we are a cash only sale and also remember that we are firm on Friday, 25% on Saturday and half off on Sunday.

We have had some wonderful sales recently with some great attendance, which means we are doing something right. We are the best estate sale in this region according to my mother.
