This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

Before we get to this sale, I want to thank everyone for the wonderful sales we had this past weekend. They were both very successful sales. I give a lot of credit to my staff for the work they did laying out those sales, but I also want to give credit to you, our buyers, for the overwhelming success of those sales.

Now, for this sale . . . it was hard for me to make the decision to take this sale because of the horrible parking situation. Also, it's going to be very tight in this tiny house especially when you consider the stairs to get to all three levels of this home. But, the quality of the stuff in this home makes all the negative logistics of having the sale worthwhile and I simply could not pass it up.

The owner was an upholsterer, therefore, there are lots of very awesome pieces of upholstered furniture along with lots of "project" pieces that she was still working on. But in addition to the awesome antique and eclectic pieces of furniture, the smalls in this house are unbelievable. One of her main interests of which there were many was music. Though the family kept all of the record albums, there are many other music related items for sale including pictures, autographs etc. She was also a frequent casino player and has dozens of River City gifts for the past several years still in unopened boxes including bottles of booze. We will be offering a wide variety of costume jewelry, vintage clothing, vintage toys and a house full of linens, doilies, bedding and planters. Other collectibles include copper pieces, artwork and lots of blue and white glassware.

In addition to a potential parking issue, we will probably be limiting the amount of people in the house at one time, so please be prepared for a potential short wait during peak times of the sale, especially upon opening on Friday.

The staff of Al's is always ready to assist you in loading your purchases with anything you buy over this three day sale. You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up purchases. Remember, we are firm on Friday with our pricing. On Saturday, we will be 25% off and on Sunday we will be half off. Everything is priced to sell in this house, so be prepared to bring home some real bargains from this sale.
