Local pickup will be May 13,14,15. All sales are final.. We will ship small items large items such as furniture etc are not shippable.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering for and/or bidding in this auction, you (“Bidder”) agree to all terms set forth by St. Louis Estate Buyers (“Auction House”).

2. ALL SALES FINAL / AS-IS

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees of condition, authenticity, or completeness.

Bidder is solely responsible for reviewing photos and descriptions prior to bidding.

No returns, refunds, or cancellations are permitted.

3. BIDDING IS A BINDING CONTRACT

By placing a bid, Bidder enters into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if they are the winning bidder.

Failure to complete payment will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file

Payment must be completed within 2 days of auction close

Shipping is only permitted to the billing address associated with the payment method

5. PICKUP TERMS

Pickup is by scheduled appointment only

Location: Private residence in South County, Missouri (address provided after payment)

Bidder must select a pickup time via provided scheduling link

Failure to schedule or attend pickup = forfeiture of items without refund

The Auction House may, at its sole discretion, allow small items to be transferred to our South County store for pickup if arranged in advance.

6. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

At the time of pickup, Bidder must present a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the account/payment method.

Auction House will retain a copy of such identification for fraud prevention and transaction verification purposes.

Refusal to provide identification or allow a copy to be retained will result in:
Denial of item release
Immediate forfeiture of all purchased items
No refunds of any kind

7. SHIPPING TERMS

Items designated for shipping will be transported to a third-party UPS Store no sooner than the week following the local pickups.

A non-refundable handling fee of $7.95 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional item will be charged

Packing and shipping fees are billed separately by UPS. These might be expensive depending on how much you buy and how large the items are - if you decide you no longer want the item because shipping is too expensive you will not be refunded the purchase price all sales are final

If Bidder:
Fails to pay UPS, Fails to communicate with UPS, Abandons shipment - Bidder will be banned from future auctions and forfeit all items and fees.

Canceling shipping after requesting it results in forfeiture of items and all monies paid unless alternate pickup is arranged and approved.

8. LOADING & REMOVAL
Bidder is solely responsible for:
Bringing adequate labor and equipment to load your items
Safe removal of items
Failure to remove items at pickup = forfeiture without refund
Bidder assumes full liability for any damage caused to property, structures, or surroundings during removal.

9. NO CHARGEBACK POLICY

Bidder agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any chargeback attempt constitutes a breach of this agreement.

Bidder agrees to reimburse Auction House for:

All legal fees
Collection costs
Administrative expenses incurred in disputing such chargeback.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Auction House shall not be liable for:
Errors in descriptions or photos
Condition or authenticity of items
Injuries or damages occurring during pickup or removal
All risks transfer to Bidder upon purchase.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auction House from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Purchase of items
Removal of items
Violation of these terms

12. DEFAULT & REMEDIES

If Bidder fails to comply with any terms:

Items may be resold without notice

Payments may be retained as liquidated damages

Bidder may be banned from future auctions

Legal action may be pursued

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Venue for any legal action shall be Jefferson County, Missouri.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Bidder and Auction House and supersede all prior communications.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering or bidding, Bidder confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions above.
