This will be a CASH ONLY sale.
This will be a 3 day sale. Please note our hours, they are different from what we usually do. Sale hours will be 9am - 4pm on Friday (no change) However, major changes will take place on Saturday and Sunday as our hours will only be 9-1 on those two days.
Line numbers will be given out at 8am on Friday only.
Friday our first day, we are firm. On our second day (Saturday) we are 25% off the marked prices. Sunday we are half off.
The staff of Al's Estate Sales will eagerly be available to assist you in loading your purchases. We will have plenty of help on sale days.

This has been an interesting sale to set up as the owners have been regular customers of ours along with other estate sale companies for the past several years. We feel honored to be the company that they have chosen to conduct their estate sale. The husband has recently passed away and the wife has decided to move to a retirement community leaving behind many years of accumulated belongings.
This sale includes a basement workshop that no man would want to miss.
The home is smoke free and pet free and as always it's a joy to set up a home that is as clean as this one is.
