This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.
Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.
Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.
WOW ! ! ! So much excitement going on over the next several months. We are back down south and we have a very heavily booked schedule of some wonderful sales. Once in a while, we will be back in West County and in the Kirkwood/Webster areas with a sale, but otherwise, we are very heavily booked in the south region which is kind of our home turf. Watch for a couple of weekends coming up where we have two sales booked for a particular weekend.
This particular sale is jam packed with so many knick knacks, so much clothing, so many plush toys, totes, storage containers, collectibles, Disney, etc. that there is no way we are able to price everything. For the most part, the un-priced smalls will be $1.50 first day, with daily discounts applying after that. Most of the good stuff and the big stuff will be priced.
We will also be selling a rifle. It is in pictures 1,2, & 3. Our first day price will be $1,350.00. It is a NIKKO GOLDEN EAGLE 7000 7mm REM MAG w/Storage Bag.
Let it be known, that this house is so packed, that we are going off our regular routine and will be doing some bundeling on the first day. In other words, make a pile, and we will do better than the marked prices.

There will be plenty of parking right in front of our house, please be careful as cars go pretty fast up and down our street. There is also plenty of overflow parking in subdivisions a couple houses before our house and a couple of houses after our house.
We are looking so forward to seeing all of our regulars again in this convenient location. Make sure you all pick up one of our flyers promoting our future sales. There are some great ones booked through the end of March.
