SO. COUNTY/OAKVILLE - YES! This is all in One House

Your first thought when you see a home with this much quality stuff in it is you have to ask yourself and many of you ask us "was all this stuff in this house?" 

This man collected so many different things and the stuff he collected was not junk. He was a very smart collector and therefore a very smart buyer. We will hit a few of the collections in this description, but there is no way we can cover everything because he collected so many things. 

• Sports collectibles - so many bobbleheads, stadium give aways, lapel pins, card sets. matted prints, etc.
• Beer steins - dozens and dozens of them and most of the A/B mugs are in boxes
• Bookends - don't ask us why, but this is the coolest collection of bookends we have ever seen. Dozens and dozens of pairs of bookends including marble, pewter, silver plate and cover all kinds of characters such as elephants, lions, other animals, cowboys, The Thinker, etc
• McDonalds Toys - hundreds if not thousands of them
• Silver plate
• Whiskey and wine

In addition to all the collectibles, we  have a great house full of household stuff including kitchen ware, barware and the stuff in the backyard would be a sale in itself including bird baths, shepherd hooks, concrete flower pots and plastic flower pots. At the time this listing was posted, the garage had not been set up yet. You can tell by the photos that all the clutter in the garage will be layed out and displayed nicely and will include some fabulous garage items including some great outside yard tools, a lawn mower, trash cans, a great workbench and lots of great general garage items. The workbench in the basement is every man's dream with so much hardware, tools, some old vices and some great bins and drawers for all that hardware. 

This is not going to be a quick walk through. And even though it's a large house, everything is very tight because there is so much stuff. Therefore, we will have to limit the amount of people we allow into the home especially on day one. When we open, we are probably going to restrict the amount of people into the  home to about 40. We have not had a line to get into our sales for quite a while. But I can honestly tell you that  you might expect a wait. So, please be patient. 

Remember, as always we are a cash only sale. Also remember that the staff of Al's Estate Sales will assist you in loading your purchases and you will have until 2pm Sunday to pick up anything you purchase over the weekend. 

You regulars know that when I tout a sale that I really mean it. And this is one of those sales that will put us on the map again. This house is unbelievable. Don't miss it.
