ENTRY AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Please check the 'DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS' tab of our listing for any specific details! We try to keep times consistent for every sale but always double check! We will never open early but suggest that you always arrive early so you're ready to dash for the deals when we open.

Kelly's has the right to deny any individual or party access to the property. We take the extra step to treat others the way we want to be treated- with kindness and respect. Kelly's will not tolerate aggressive behavior in any shape or form toward any employee, volunteer, fellow customer or property owner. This party will be escorted off of the property without hesitation. We will not entertain aggressive behavior or interruptions to our sales and will take swift action that can and will result in legal actions. Every individual who enters our sales is held to the same standard, regardless of age. Switching tags is attempted theft and will be caught.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once any item is paid for, Kelly's, nor the homeowner, is responsible for any said item. Please feel free to check, test and play with any item before you purchase. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

ACCIDENTS AND LIABILITY
Kelly's and the estate owner are more than happy to welcome you. However, neither party is responsible for any accident or injury. The customer holds all liabilities and will be held responsible if any damage is done to the property resulting from the actions of that customer, regardless of age.

Make sure you bring your own help with loading any large or heavy pieces.

CALL AHEAD PRICING, PRESALES & PICTURES
Kelly's is always happy to help. Sorry, unless otherwise noted we do not offer any prices before the sale. This rule extends to all customers, fellow estate sale companies and family members. We do not allow early walkthroughs or shopping.
Some sales may warrant prior sales to make room for us to work. If this is the case, the items available for presale will be clearly listed in the ad description so everyone has the opportunity to purchase. If an item is to be sold prior to our sale dates, buyer is not allowed to walk through or browse sale home. No other exceptions. If items are sold prior- said item will be clearly described as 'sold', only prior to sale. We do not mark items sold once our sale has started.
We do NOT negotiate. We do not take bids or best offers. All prices are to be sold at the listed, ticketed price or half that price our second day. For those who ask to negotiate within our opening hour- please stay home.
We do not quote prices, price range or prior sold item prices. We do not quote prices over the phone, through email or through text messaging.
We do our best to have the contents of the sale clearly and accurately pictured or described with what information we have available. Although we do not offer presales, for any number of reasons items may be pulled from the listing or sale per Kelly's discretion.
