Huge South County Estate Sale by Al's Estate Sales

The homeowners recently moved into assisted living. They built this home new in 1976 and the house is full of gems.

Mr. was a CPA by trade, he was an avid carpenter and auto mechanic. There are many named brand and well taken care of table saws and other large pieces of equipment in his basement work room. There is also lots of electronic equipment used in the automotive industry and the sound and media field including tubes from the 1960's, testing equipment and lots of older electronics. The owner's wife liked to decorate for the holidays and all of the seasonal nick nacks appear to be higher quality than most sales I have done. She was also known for her green thumb and this sale will include lots of outdoor lawn and garden items. All of the furniture in this house is in impecable conditon and includes a 1940's dark cherrywood bedroom set, a 1970's medium color dining room set, and several individual furniture pieces including dresses, chests, end tables ect. This entire house and everything in it is all very clean and everything was very well taken care of. There will be a good mix of glassware including vintage glass, modern cookware and tons of everyday nick nacks.

The basement has lots of high end quality lumber including some very nice oak pieces. There will also be a large pile of scrap wood pieces.

The only appliance being sold is an older refrigerator in the basement that would make a great beer box for a garage or basement.

There are no record albums, jewelry or precious metals included in this sale.

As always, everything is priced to sell and with this sale particularly, we do not expect to have much left by Wednesday morning. However, what is left will be half priced and we expect to begin shutting down by noon. So, if you come on Wednesday, make sure you come early.
