House is packed...2 stories and full basement/garage/pool building!

1/2 Price on SUNDAY!
Numbers at 8am...doors open at 9am.


We want to thank everyone who came on Saturday and hope you come back on Sunday! There are still a lot of fine items left!

About Parking:
Please observe ALL parking signs. Parking will be
on ONE side of the street only. DO NOT PARK IN THE MEDIAN SECTION. Parking is allowed on property (in the yard). We expect the police to be out in full force so please observe all parking signs to avoid getting a ticket. Do not block driveways, mailboxes or fire hydrants! Do not park on the lawns. Parking in the estate's driveway is for loading only. We are hoping to have the Conway Road entrance gate(s) unlocked for easier access into the subdivision.

Extra Notes:
NUMBERS AT 6:30 AM on SATURDAY!
We may limit entry into the house so please get your number.

We will have 2 checkouts to speed up the checkout process. We will accept cash/credit/debit cards. No checks. All itmes must be paid for before they are removed from the property.

Bring help to load furniture and appliances. We will not be loading furniture if you buy it. Bring bags, tubs, boxes if you plan on buying a lot.

Anything purchased must be removed by the end of the sale on Sunday!

Bid box will be available. Everything 1/2 price on Sunday. No discounting on Saturday...sorry.

There is no restroom available.
