To Bid: You will need to register through our software to participate in our online estate auctions . We will get contact and payment information from you at the time that you register.
Timed Bidding: Lots will begin closing at the advertised closing date & time and will close 30 seconds apart. If a new bid comes in during the last 30 seconds before a lot closes, an additional 1 minute will be added.
Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium is an additional charge to the winning bidder. It is a percentage of their bid and is added to the winning bid amount. The buyer’s premium is 15% of the final hammer price.
Condition: All items are sold as-is. Please carefully review the pictures and condition report before bidding on a lot. We are unable to offer refunds for condition issues if the issue was disclosed in the pictures and/or condition report.
Payment: If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice the morning after the auction and your credit card on file will be auto-charged (there is no additional fee for credit card payments). We do not accept cash or checks for payment.
Pickup: Item pickup date & time is advertised on each online estate auction. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice as well as a link to sign up for a pickup time slot. Items not picked up during the advertised pickup window will be considered abandoned and will be donated without a refund. Brown Button does not provide any shipping services for online estate auctions.

ESTATE AUCTION SALE // Set in a $4M 12,800 sq. ft. Town & Country estate, this sale showcases a curated selection of fine furnishings, original artwork, and luxury décor. The collection reflects an elegant balance of traditional architecture with modern design elements, featuring statement furniture, designer fabrics, and artful detailing throughout.
Furniture highlights include pieces by Gary Riggs, Duralee Fine Furniture, Artifacts International, and John-Richard. The formal living room features a carved wood accent chairs upholstered in zebra print, and a custom stone console table. The dining room includes a rich pedestal table with sculpted chairs complemented by oversized art and a monumental stone vase.
Art offerings include vibrant contemporary works and a striking Lucite sculpture by Haziza. Additional highlights include a contemporary Kawai grand piano, large-scale custom drapery throughout, and a selection of rugs in modern geometric designs.
The fashion selection features shoes, bags, and accessories from Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Gucci, Tory Burch, Yves Saint Laurent, and more.
Completing the collection are unique accent pieces and decorative accessories, along with a Gio electric moped.
BUYING PROCESS
Bidding opens Wednesday, October 22nd and runs through Saturday, October 25th. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Saturday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item's time.
PICKUP INFO
Item pickup for St. Louis bidders is Monday, October 27th from 3pm–6:30pm in St. Louis, MO (63131).
Item pickup for Kansas City bidders is Tuesday, October 28th from 2pm–6:30pm in Shawnee, KS (66203).
All items must be picked up on these scheduled dates.
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for bidders within 25 miles of the St. Louis residence or 25 miles of the pickup location in Shawnee, KS. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.
PAYMENT
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
