We take Cash, Checks, (checks only with proper ID), and Credit Cards. All sales are final.

Numbers at 8:00 am on Saturday.
Only one Number per person & you must be present to receive a number.

No Pre-Sales or Pre-Pricing.
We do not remove or deliver furniture.
Please bring your own Muscle/Help to move furniture.

Please do not park in Driveway. Driveway for pick-up Only.
The parking will be monitored by local police

Please Do Not Block any Mailboxes or Driveways.
Please keep tires off of lawns.

Estate owner has the right to add/remove items.
