The deceased homeowner was a Doctor of Education at St. Louis University where she was an associate vice president. She received many awards throughout her career.  Her estate has a mix of great items:

Living Room: This room has a mix of mid-century, traditional and Asian decor. Closer photos follow.If you click each photo, you can see where the item(s) is located and other details.Living Room: A mid-century (75" long) ivory sofa has a partial wood rail back, single bench seat, and two pillows. Its upholstery matches the other nearby sofa but they are separately priced. The vintage metal 3-arm wall sconce, gold wall shelf, porcelain figure, and framed quadruple print are also for sale.Living Room: The 24" round side table with glass top coordinates with a nearby black, asymmetrical cocktail table. The crystal lamp with Lucite base matches a nearby lamp but they have different shades. (The lamps are separately priced.) The resin (not ivory or bone) Asian figures are also for sale.Living Room: Two mid-century style high-back/tufted chairs flank a vintage Italian gold gilt pedestal table with "marbleized" mirror top. The Asian style porcelain lamp has a black base and black shade.Living Room: This is one long (8' 7") mid-century sofa with two separate bench cushions and four back pillows. Its upholstery matches the sofa previously shown. A closer photo of the abstract art follows.Living Room: This artist signed lithograph by James Turco is laminated and mounted on a board. It measures 57" x 44."Living Room: One of two separately priced crystal lamps with a Lucite base rests on a round rattan accent table with under-shelf.Living Room: A unique black asymmetrical cocktail table has a round glass top and measures 44" in diameter. It coordinates with the smaller side table previously shown.Living Room: This handmade wool rug (India) measures 7'6" x 9' 6" and is identical to the one in the dining room. Living Room: This handsome mid-century glass top console table has six gold gilt legs and a glass under-shelf. It measures 50" wide x 17-1/2" deep x 26" tall. The rosettes on top unscrew to release the upper glass; the legs then unscrew from the bottom glass. A round coordinating table is nearby. The white porcelain foo dogs and other Asian items are also for sale. A closer photo of the mid-century Brutalist wall sculpture follows.Living Room: This fiberglass mid-century 1960's Brutalist wall sculpture depicts four horses and warriors. It is 3-D as shown and measures 62" wide x 5" thick x 21" tall.Living Room: The other side of the living room is now seen. Closer photos follow.Living Room: This contemporary black display cabinet has a glass surround on its sides and top (see next photo). There are four interior shelves (two are glass) and two long glass doors. It measures 31" wide x 17" deep x 71" tall. The displayed cherub dish and art glass jellyfish bowl (Poland) are also for sale.Living Room: Now you can better see the glass top and one glass side that surround the display cabinet, as mentioned in the previous photo.Living Room: Fabulous Asian decorative items are displayed in front of the fireplace. We moved things around a bit for the photos. . . . keep going . . . .Living Room: A glazed ceramic Buddhist Foo Dog Guardian is priced separately from the stand.Living Room: Soft white decor is great for any display: a white ceramic elephant garden bench/plant stand is to the left of a composite white vase; on the right is a 25" tall three-piece ceramic pagoda which could house a candle.Living Room: A 42" tall Quan Yin (Goddess of Passion) figure looks like porcelain, but it is actually a composite material. A great statement piece!Living Room: A colorful glazed clay figure of a Chinese attendant is 32" tall.Living Room: This 35" round glass cocktail table with gold gilt legs matches the separately priced console table previously shown. The electric Buddha fountain is made of a composite material (it works!). Hanging on the wall is an original vintage floral still life watercolor on silver leaf by Chi Chang Hou which measures 30" x 34" with its mirrored frame.Living Room: A floral painted scene is on the tri-fold fireplace folding screen.Foyer: This vintage TURNER pier mirror-style set includes the wall mirror (58" x 19") and wall bench. The bench has a marble-composite top. This would be a fun set to paint!Dining Room: An assortment of crystal; china (Jyota "Leona" and Lynmore "Romance"); and Silverplate is displayed among an electric 5-arm candelabra with crystals.Dining Room: The STANLEY dining table and six chairs are priced separately from the STANLEY china cabinet. The table measures 43" x 43-1/2" and includes two 18" leaves, as shown. The next photos show the table base and one of the six dining chairs.Dining Room: This is the base of the dining room table: three turned legs on each platform.Dining Room: This is one of the six dining chairs that go with the STANLEY dining table. There is a total of two arm chairs and four side chairs.Dining Room: The STANLEY dining table is now set with elegant vintage NORITAKE china. The next photo shows one of the place settings.Dining Room: This is one place setting of the previously shown vintage NORITAKE china in the "Helene" pattern. The entire set includes: 13 dinner plates (four are in the china cabinet); 8 salad plates; 7 dessert plates; 7 saucers; 6 coffee cups; one 16" oval platter; one 14" oval platter; one round serving bowl; four oval serving bowls; gravy with attached under-plate; one creamer; and one sugar, for a total of 51 pieces. The set of six woven silver place mats is also for sale.Dining Room: The dining table is now shown with cobalt blue glass plates and bowls, stemware, and matching cloth napkins all in the African KENTE pattern. The green/cobalt blue BLENKO art glass vase; vintage candleholders; and art glass cobra vase are also for sale.Dining Room: A black Demi-lune table has mirrored legs. The glass floral display is also for sale.Dining Room: This is a fabulous Mid-Century Modern Italian Candelabra (Gilt iron) with 9 lights.Dining Room: This lighted contemporary black display cabinet has a mirror back, glass sides, six shelves (four are adjustable, and four glass doors (two upper; two lower). It measures 32" wide x 13" deep x 76" tall. The crystal figures and MURANO art glass displayed are also for sale.Family Room-Main Floor: Two black recliners with cup holders are separately priced. The next photo shows the side of one of them which still has its original tag attached. The floor lamp with geometric shade and the small three-tier table are also for sale.Family Room-Main Floor: This is a side view of one of the two separately priced recliners. The next photo shows the tag still attached to this chair. Family Room-Main Floor: Here is the COASTER furniture tag still on one of the black recliners. Family Room-Main Floor: Three adjustable five-shelf bookcases are individually priced. Each one measures 31" wide x 10" deep x 84" tall. (There is one extra shelf for each bookcase as well.) The books are just a sample of the many books located throughout the house. The small decorative items and bookends are also for sale. Family Room-Main Floor: This like-new red "Powered Zero Gravity Chair" has an electric remote (see next photo) and its original manual. Family Room-Main Floor: This is the remote to the red "Powered Zero Gravity Chair" that works great! Its footrest raises; the seat raises; and it reclines. Family Room-Main Floor: This 60" wide over-size chair is actually a twin-chair sleeper. The next photo shows it open to a bed. Family Room-Main Floor: The over-size chair-sleeper is now open to reveal a twin bed. This piece is in great condition and still has its original tags and plastic on the mattress.Family Room-Main Floor: This gemstone globe on brass stand as a subtle crack but is still very handsome.Family Room-Main Floor: A small octagonal table features an elephant theme lamp. To the right is a black 78" tall grandfather clock (its instructions are included) and a media cabinet with CDs.
