Tax is included in all purchases as required by law.
Tax exempt certificates will be honored only if present.
No large purses, bags or backpacks will be allowed inside the sale.
Bags will be provided.
Be careful parking and don't block driveway or neighbor's driveway.
Line numbers will be handed out starting at 8 a.m. on Friday - Entry at 9 a.m.

Metro Estate Sales staff does NOT move, carry or load items for you. You must provide any boxes and/or packing material needed for transportation of items.
