Cash & Venmo only. First day full price, second day everything 50% off (except washer/dryer). Please bring boxes, no large bags. Bring movers to remove large furniture, antique scale & piano. Use hold tables while you shop. All purchases must be removed Sat. by 2 unless you’ve made special arrangements.
DO NOT ENTER YARD before 8 on Fri. & before 9 on Sat., there will be a designated place in driveway to wait in line. You may only pull tags on items you are committed to buying that are too heavy to carry. Sale is on two floors & carriage house. Use handrail on stairs. Not responsible for accidents or damage.

This sale is the living estate of Marsha Cobb, retired librarian, teacher & artist who lived in her home for 47 years.  Her Victorian home & carriage house, built in 1897, are full of her vintage, antique & art collections.
