TOMMY TRADES AUCTION 350+ LOTS

This is an online only auction with no preview. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEES and all sales are final. We do our best to describe all items in the auction but YOU are the judge of the items value and authenticity. Please use your best judgement when purchasing, like you would anywhere else. If at any time an items picture and description do not match, the description will always take precedence of what item is in the designated lot up for sale. There is a 12% buyers premium associated with this auction. Bidder waives their right to any credit card chargebacks for items and understands there are NO exchanges refunds or returns.

NO HOLDS, items must be picked up during the specified pickup window.

All non payers will be banned from all future auctions.

NO SHOWS: If you miss pickup then your items are forfeited. Even if you have paid for the items, do your best to not miss pickup.

All bidders must complete online registration in order to bid in this auction and must be at least 18 years of age in order to bid. Once a bid is placed you are bound to this agreement and if you win the items you will be expected to complete all payment and shipping as stated in the T&C of the auction and follow all guidelines included on the site. All bidders are entering into a binding contract with Tommy Trades LLC once they bid, and are legally obligated to pay for all items won and adhere to all auction terms and conditions. Tommy Trades LLC reserves the right to decline all and any bidder for any reason.

Be sure to bring help if its not specified that there are movers on site. It is always good to bid on things that you're capable of moving yourself, considering you'll only have yourself once you get home from pickup.

Auction Closing: This auction will have a soft closing which means that items will begin closing at 7pm one at a time with another item closing every 20 seconds from one another. This way you can bid on multiple items at one time and not fear you may lose any of them. Bidding will be extended on an item for 1 minute if anyone bids on that item within the last 1 minute of items closing. This once again keeps other bidders from steeling an item from you when you have put your time and effort into getting it for several days/bids.

Tommy Trades LLC reserves the right to extend, cancel, retract, ban or reschedule any item in this event. The auctioneer reserves the right to change, closing time if needed.

Due to this being an online auction, please keep in mind that connection server or other technology may suffer difficulties and effect your ability to bid. Tommy Trades LLC nor this service provider are not responsible for any technical issues that occur with the online auction process.
