Where applicable, condition reports are provided to help assess and evaluate imperfections for each item. Because this is an online sale with no prevue, any items found to have damage beyond description can be refused at pickup with refund issued within 3 days. All items sold as is with no attempt to ameliorate damage, no warranty or guarantees, either expressed or implied, no returns, and no refund beyond the time of pickup, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Inventory and notifications on day of sale take precedence. The seller or agent assumes no liability for loss or damages to property or vehicles or persons while at residence. Collection dates are Sunday August 2nd from 10-3 on first come first served basis. Address and appointment time will be provided when purchasing your item(s). Please be prompt as late appointments will be rescheduled. Please be prepared to remove all purchases promptly, and provide moving blankets or packaging. There will be no assistance at sale for loading purchased items. Due to space, public security, and the present Coronavirus pandemic, face masks are required by all persons collecting purchased merchandise; moreover, the number of people in the home will be strictly controlled. No personal bags greater than 12" allowed in the sale. Any items unclaimed by 3pm, Sunday, August 2nd, will be considered abandoned and unclaimed. We will forward all donated items to local charitable organizations in the St. Louis region unless a prior arrangement has been made.
