This auction contains some very heavy industral tooling. Please keep in mind that the bidder is responsible for all moving and handling. Neither the seller nor the auctioneer will provide any assistance moving the items in this auction.
Your items MUST be picked up on the scheduled pick up day – Thursday June 15 th from 11 AM to 6 PM either by you or by a third party shipper of your choice. If you fail to pick up your items or arrange for the pick up with a third party shipper you will forfeit your items. (You will be charged for them according to our terms). Lot 39 has special pickup requirements listed in the item description. It can not be picked up on the 15th but must be picked up at a mutually argeeable time to be arranged between bidder and seller but must be between June 16th and June 23rd. Bidders are respoisible for all costs of pickup and must supply all manpower and machine power to remove their items. All bidders agree to hold Rhine Percision harmless for any injuries incurred during pickup. We do appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your purchases but we have to set these parameters because the items are not located at our facility. Thank you for your cooperation.
