Estate Sales by Steve & Sheri

Sometimes we do things just because someone needs help. This is the case with this sale. An elderly couple sold their condo and it has a very quick closing date. They can't take everything with them, so we're trying to help them with a quick, one-day only, moving sale. THE SALE WILL BE IN THE FINISHED LOWER LEVEL, and you can enter there or through the front door, going directly downstairs.

THE SALE WILL BE THURSDAY 1pm to 6pm. We will never close before the stated time.If you come by after, and signs are still out, we're still open so come on in.

Will have photos by Tues. afternoon, so please check back.

There will be some furniture, lots of decorative item, lots of ladies plus size clothing, much with tags, tons of purses, shoes, and more. Everything is in excellent, some unused condition. Will have more detailed info tomorrow.

Added pics Tues. night..please check them out. May have more tomorrow. Note: this is a small sale, mostly for the ladies. There's a small amount of mens clothing, some prints that are cool (ducks, etc.) and some nice furniture. You never know what you might find..so hope you'll be able to make it by!
