All Sales Final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the sale to anyone, for any reason. Please be courteous to our workers and each other. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.

We will be giving out line numbers at 7am on Saturday!

Due to social distancing guidelines, we will be limiting entry (no more than 20-25 people) and everyone will be expected to practice Social Distancing! Please allow 6 feet between you and other shoppers. Masks are not required but appreciated by our staff.  Please be patient getting into the house. Do not block any driveways or mailboxes! Bring help to move large items. All large purchases MUST be removed before the end of the sale on Sunday.

Bid box will be available. ABSOLUTELY NO Discounting on Saturday. Everything 1/2 price on Sunday when doors open at 9.
