Estate Sales by Steve & Sheri

The client said this was Sunset Hills, we're not actually sure. Either way..this is an eclectic sale that belongs to 2 90+ year old sisters.

There's retro, traditional, tons of costume jewelry, and lots of 'stuff'.

There's also a 2000 Buick Park Avenue with less than 24,000 original miles on it. Please check out the photos. It was licensed in 2016, so hasn't been sitting for long. We put a new battery in it and it started right up..runs great! There are a few minor cosmetic issues to be expected on a 17 year old car, but nothing serious..it's a beauty!

This house is packed! Tons of misc incl. some retro, purses, clothing, trad. furn., greenware, etc.

We've had so much interest in the car that we've decided to be fair to everyone, we will take offers through the day on Saturday starting at $2800, which is about book value. That way it's not necessary to get here early in the morning to see it, you can get here any time throughout the day to check it out and make an offer if interested. I've added more photos, including trying to show the 'issues' which include a small dent in the rear passenger door (hard to see unless in the right light), some paint scrapes on the same door below the molding, and apparently one of the sisters ran through wet striping on a road..you can see the yellow road splash. I'm sure that will come off with the right product. We had the car waxed, and it looks great!
