• Winning Bids: If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item(s) that you have won at the price you gave as your bid. The credit card associated with your account will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases plus the buyer’s premium (typically 10%).
• Default: If you fail to pay for any item you have won for any reason, your account will be declared in default (see full terms for consequence of default).
• Picking Up Your Items: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of all items you win at this auction. Unless stated otherwise, the Auctioneer shall not hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times.
• Shipping and Handling is available. However, costs are not included in the final price. All parties are responsible for paying their own shipping costs once the amount has been determined based on the local USPS shipping rates. If an item does not fit in a USPS flat rate box, DO NOT BID ON IT. We will not ship it other than USPS Flat Rate. Your items will be charged to your credit card and an updated invoice with tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Abandonment: Any item that you do not pick up during the published removal times will be considered abandoned, and you will be charged a reasonable fee for the storage, removal, and/or disposal of the item.

This estate auction features antique oak furniture, Fenton Art Glass, jewelry, watches, glassware, china, clothing, home furnishings, décor, and memorabilia spanning traditional antiques through contemporary pieces.

The furniture selection includes a Fred Macey barrister bookcase, oak secretary desks, hall tree, china cabinet, possum belly cabinet, carved sideboard, marble-top tables, Singer treadle sewing machine, Howard Miller curio cabinet, antique beds and dressers, along with a reclining sectional, bar cabinet, live-edge tables and patio furniture.

A substantial group of Fenton Art Glass includes hand-painted lamps, hobnail and cranberry glass, iridescent pieces, Burmese glass, vases, baskets, angels and other decorative glass. Additional pieces include a Red Wing Union Stoneware 10-gallon water cooler, Hutschenreuther Magnolia china, crystal, Candlewick and Depression glass, stoneware, stained glass and antique oil lamps.

Jewelry includes sterling silver pendants, rings, earrings, brooches and belt buckles, a 10k gold chain, natural stone jewelry and a large selection of costume jewelry. Watches include Citizen, Movado, Swiss Army, Pulsar and others. Clothing and accessories range from 90s and Y2K pieces to Harley-Davidson and Daytona apparel, women's boots and shoes, outerwear and a Malcolm Smith leather motorcycle jacket.

The auction rounds out with Kansas City Chiefs and Royals items, Pulp Fiction, Iron Man and Deadpool posters, Blind Melon posters, Fender and automotive décor, kitchenware, appliances, outdoor furniture, planters and additional household items.
