Vintage Warehouse Sale

We’re so excited to welcome you to this inventory downsizing sale! Please carefully read the below terms so you come prepared. It is important to note that this sale is not affiliated with the property it is being held at. No access to any part of the building other than the West warehouse is permitted.

- We accept cash, Venmo, and CashApp. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

- Pricing schedule (priced per item except for specially marked furniture items and retail fixtures):
- $5 Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- $3 Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- $1 Sunday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

- Due to the clearance nature of the sale, all pricing is firm unless a special priced item has an OBO notation

- No early sales. Please do not visit the sale address before the sale. Employees of the business have no access to the sale site.

- Multiple ATMS available within <5 miles

-Due to the location of the sale there is only 1 entrance and exit which requires going up and down stairs. If handicap access is required please reach out to the sale runner.

- You assume your own risk while at this sale. Please be mindful of all curbs, sidewalks and stairs. Obey all signs and do not attempt to enter any areas that have been closed off. Sale runner and property owners or inhabitants are not responsible for accidents.

- This sale is in a large warehouse that is not currently climate controlled. There will be fans running to circulate air .Ideally we will open the loading bay doors to allow maximum air circulation. If this rule cannot be followed the bays will be closed. Please use all safety precautions. If there is concern that people cannot stay away from open loading dock doors we will be forced to close them and we're all gonna roast. Please don't do that to your fellow bargain shoppers or us because you will be asked to leave.

- The sale runner, and the employees of the operating business reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the sale at our discretion.

- Sorry, no public restrooms. Two gas stations are located <5 minutes away.

- Do not block any tractor trailers and be mindful that there is a private operating business at this location. Do not park near garage bays. If you are ask to move your vehicle please do so in a timely manner.

-Lining up in your vehicles outside the gates before they open is NOT allowed. Please keep in mind that there is major road construction going on at the intersection of Sunshine and Scenic. Because of this, Scenic is a major detour route that is already dense with traffic during peak hours. You will be asked to move your vehicle if you attempt to park outside the gates before they open.

- Do not park in designated “no parking” zones.

- Parking is not permitted off Scenic Ave or in any neighboring business properties.

- Please form an orderly line while waiting for entry. You are welcome to line up early, but be respectful.

- Due to the space restrictions, we may limit the number of people in at one time.

- We will have limited plastic bags and cardboard boxes available for loading, so please bring your own totes and tubs to load your purchases. No assistance available for loading. We are happy to allow loading at a bay but you must get permission first!

- The holding area is reserved for items you are going to purchase. We cannot watch items for customers, leaving them in the holding area is at your own risk.

- Many items available at this sale are project pieces with no guarantee of working order.

- You are welcome and encouraged to test the item prior to buying it.

- Loading is your responsibility. Please bring help to load if needed.

- Resellers are welcome!

- All sales are final.
