I am going to cover parking first.  This is a neighborhood with shared driveways and the street is pretty narrow, so please do not park in front of someone's driveway, no mail boxes to worry about.  Please do not park in driveway to house unless you need to drop someone off who cannot walk very far or who is handicap.  The driveway is keep open so people can pull in to load furniture.  Since this driveway runs right into neighbors, please do not park in neighbors driveway.  Thanks for all your consideration.

 

Their is one whole room just designated as a "Man Cave".  Lots of train stuff, matchbox cars, mini Tonka trucks, fly fishing rods, waders, boots and tackle box full of lures and equipment. Two sets of golf clubs in bag, tools both power and manual.  Other toys and games.  Large Rubbermaid Storage shed, Tall outdoor narrow storage shed, great for garden tools, storage chest, generator, lawn mower, strap on gas blower, electric weed eater. And much, much, more.

 

Lots of outdoor décor items, table with four chairs, cement fountain, lawn rocking chair and matching standard chair, small tables, wicker loveseat with cushion, trellises, lots of pots for replanting, bistro table with two chairs, stepping stones, bird feeders, concrete planters, green granite rocks, lava rock, two cushioned benches, hoses and solar lighting.

 

In the garage is the garden tools, chemicals, all holiday décor which includes, Christmas, Easter, St. Patty's day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Halloween, we got them all covered.  Lots of Christmas décor with lovely lighted tree, ornaments, lights, etc. And a small apartment size refrigerator, which is great for a workshop or garage.  Also the garden tools and chemicals.

 

Inside the house lovely upholstered chair with ottoman, Tiger Oak buffet, three drawer Oak chest, tall lighted Curio Cabinet, end table and coffee table.  The curio is loaded with lots of glassware, some of which is Baccarat.  Also lovely little coffee set from Dabia with six mini cups on tray.  Nice copper elongated bowl with handles, lots of house plants.  Queen size white wicker bedroom set which includes end table, chest and dresser and mirror with very nice mattress set.  Two bentwood chairs, linens, lamps and lots of picture frames.  King size Headboard with dresser and mirror and one end table.  Wicker twin bed headboard, four woven rattan chairs, one with arms, woven rattan bar stool, Lane cedar chest painted white, ottoman, and hand

Men's clothing, shorts, shirts, coats and ties, some shoes size 8.

 

Kitchen has a lovely vintage table with six chairs, two large pieces of glass, one for table without leaf and one for table with leaf which makes it a large oval table.  Lots of usual kitchen items.  Large set of Reed & barton stainless serving pieces, vintage coffee grinder, pots and pans, some cast iron pots, cast iron cornbread pan and many more items.

 

Large dining room table with six chairs and again two sets of glass top for with the leaf and without the leaf.  Table is six sided either way.  Large beautiful curio cabinet with four glass shelves.  Large set of Spode "Camille" in blue with lots of serving pieces, 46 pieces in all.  Large set of Homer Laughlin "Eggshell Nautilus", 72 piece set.  Mikasa "Nature's Image", 87 piece set.  Vintage "Queen Anne" pitcher and Candy dish, pressed glass, wine glasses, decanter set with glasses,  Oneida stainless ware set in box and I am sure many items I haven't mentioned here.

 

As usual, our auction with be Saturday at 2:30.  We will close from 1:00 to 2:15 to set up for auction, you can reenter at 2:15 check it out and register for the auction.
