Please note that all buyers enter the premises AT THEIR OWN RISK. Entering the sale location acknowledges that Affinity Estate Sales and the homeowners are indemnified against any claims of injury or loss. All items sold "AS IS" and "Where Is" no returns or exchanges unless specified on item. If you plan to attend our auction, please remember to bring help for loading and paper and boxes for wrapping.
