Queen City Estate Sales LLC (QCES) appreciates your business and looks forward to having you at our sale. The following terms and conditions apply:
• All items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• All sales are final.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases.
• All large item purchases must be picked up by 11:00 am on Saturday. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be provided.
• Queen City Estate Sales LLC, neither its members or employees, nor their clients are responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and a comfortable estate sale experience. This house is packed so we will probably limit the number of guests to about 20-25 for the first hour or so.
• Some items may have reserved pricing and will be listed as such. No discounts will be applied to these items at any time during the sale.
• Thursday 9am till 3pm: Full Price
• Friday 9am till 3pm: 25% off listed price.
• Saturday 8am till 11am: 50% off listed price.
• Saturday 11am: Auction of everything that is left.
• Payment options include cash, debit, and credit card - 3% charge on all cards.
