General Policies
This property may include stairs, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces. By entering, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse service, or require any individual to leave the premises at our discretion.
Video surveillance is in use throughout the sale.

Admission & Crowd Control
To prevent overcrowding, the number of individuals in the home will be limited at all times.
Admission will be staggered at the beginning of each day.
A maximum of 30 individuals will be allowed in the home at one time; occupancy limits may be adjusted as needed.
Saving places in line is not permitted. Individuals must be physically present to gain entry. (Markers not Permitted)

Children/Pet Policy
For safety and to protect breakable items, children under 12 are not permitted.
Individuals ages 12–18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Exceptions may be made only with prior approval from the owner.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Purchasing & Payment
Cash only.
All sales are on a first-come, first-served basis.
All items are sold as-is with no guarantees or warranties.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We reserve the right to remove items from the sale at any time.
Most items may be discounted during the final days of the sale at our discretion.

Item Handling & Removal
If purchasing a large item, remove the tag and see an associate for a sold tag.
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help to move and load large items.
Limited packing materials may be available; please plan accordingly.
All items must be removed at the time of purchase unless prior written arrangements are made.
We are not responsible for stolen items or items left behind or unattended after purchase.
Storage totes of any size used to display or hold items are not included with the purchase of items.

Security & Personal Belongings
No large bags, purses, or backpacks are permitted. Clear bags are preferred. All bags are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to restrict any bag.
Theft or suspected theft will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be referred to local law enforcement.

Safety & Liability
Enter at your own risk.
Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to property or items.
Please handle all items with care.
No public restrooms are available.
Firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited on the property.

Additional Notices
All precious metals and jewelry have been removed prior to the sale.
Not all items in home are for sale (marked or verbally identified items are excluded)
