Affinity will gladly accept your checks (with proper identification) and cash, but we do not take debit or credit cards. Please arrange to have someone help you with moving big items, and it is always better to come back at 3:00p.m. to move large items due to number of people in home. We only had 10 days to put this three story home together for the sale, so you may find some items without a price, but please check with an associate for help with pricing or bring to the register. Entrance will be through front door and exit through garage. This sale is in a Cul-de-sac and there is limited parking up close. If Handicap, please park in driveway and do not block the neighbors MAILBOXES or DRIVEWAYS as this makes for angry neighbors, you would not like to have yours blocked so you can't get out or get your mail delivered. Be courteous, as the next sale could be next door to you. We look forward to seeing you there.

This is a higher end estate sale. Several beautiful Oriental antique vases, some of the prettiest closisonne pieces I have ever seen, lots of furniture, garden items, riding lawnmower (needs some work) tools, men's high quality clothing, suite, ties, etc. large lot of computers and printers and computer related items plus supplies.

Furniture consists of large oriental look couch, two cushion soft beige love seat, four oriental end tables with matching coffee table, recliner, two matching arm chairs recently reupholstered. Dixon Furniture bedroom set, Drexel dining room set, three pieces with six chairs. Plush King Size bed. Mable top end table, small drop leaf end table, pine three drawer chest, lots of lamps and home decor items. Many more smaller items.

Appliances include large two door refrigerator with ice and water, small one door refrigerator, great for the garage or basement. Two microwaves, washer and dryer, not a matched set, both work great. And miscellaneous small kitchen appliances.

Large lot of mens clothing, suits, ties, shoes, no women's clothing at this one.

One compound bow and regular hunting bow.

Two large room size rugs, and several runners.

Lots of garden related stuff, tools, push mower, chain saw, weed eaters, small hand tools, fencing, wheel barrel, garden kart for lawnmower. large extension ladder, step-ladders, and much more.

Large lot of books, movies, DVD's. Christmas and Halloween decor, toys, games, etc.
