Here are a few things that's important:
Estate Solutions and the Client are not responsible for loss or accidents.
No early bird sales.
Most of the time we can help load large items but please have a plan B.
Be able to pick up big items by 3:00 PM on Saturday.
All items are sold as is, where is.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges, so please try any electronics or items with moving parts before purchasing.
Items pictured may be in different places by sale day.
