Queen City Estate Sales LLC (QCES) appreciates your business and looks forward to having you at our sale. The following terms and conditions apply:
• All items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• All sales are final.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases.
• All purchases must be picked up by 11:00 am on Saturday. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned and auctioned off. No refunds will be provided.
• Queen City Estate Sales LLC, neither its members or employees, nor their clients are responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and a comfortable estate sale experience.
• Some items will have reserved pricing and will be listed as such. No discounts will be applied to these items at any time during the sale nor will they be sold at auction.
• Thursday: Full Price
• Friday: 25% Off listed price.
• Saturday: 50% off listed price.
• Saturday Noon: An auction will be held to liquidate remaining items. QCES reserves the right to withhold items from the auction.
• Payment options include cash, debit, and credit card - 3% charge on all cards.

Everything from MCM furniture, stereo console, prints, & clothing, to tools, washer & dryer, refrigerators, fishing gear, brass, arrowheads, antiques, cool glass jars, outdoor furniture, collectable metal beer signs, guns, jewelry, and more. And did we mention lots of fun and interesting collectible plates? We have those too. (See pictures for more details.)
