Terms & Conditions of the Sale:
This is a FAMILY ESTATE SALE but it is well-organized and will provide you with a great shopping experience. Our family is prepared to make this a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Many items are VINTAGE or COLLECTIBLES but there is a large variety of many items.
Because we are doing the sale to assist one of our loved ones, please be aware of the following sale terms:
• Dates, Times & Pricing:
Thursday, July 11 – 8 AM – 4 PM – Everything FULL PRICE
Friday, July 12 – 8 AM – 4 PM - Everything 25% OFF
Saturday, July 13 – 8 AM – 3 PM - Everything 50% OFF
• We accept CASH ONLY
• Prices are set and firm
• We will not provide early sales or information
• Please be courteous to other shoppers – there’s lots to see so take your time looking in all rooms
• You assume your own risk while on the sale property; we are not responsible for accidents
• Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, or trash pick-up
• Please do not park in the driveway of the sale house to allow for loading
• Please look for and follow the ENTER & EXIT signs and use them accordingly
• Please form an orderly line while waiting for entry and please note at times it may be necessary to limit the number of shoppers inside the house
• No large &/or bulky purses are allowed. We encourage buyers to use a fanny pack or similar device (This is a security measure to prevent theft)
• We have a table behind the checkout for PAID ITEMS ONLY to allow for packing purchases
• What you see is what you are buying, as is and with no guarantee of working order
• You are welcome and encouraged to test the item prior to buying it to determine working order
• All sales are final. There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS
• Packing and Loading is your responsibility – limited supplies will be available so it is best you bring your own supplies
