The One in the Middle of Summer

Queen City Estate Sales LLC (QCES) appreciates your business and looks forward to having you at our sale. The following terms and conditions apply:
• All items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• All sales are final. All sales are final.
• No public restrooms will be available. This is our policy. We will not have a change of heart during the sale no matter how many times you might ask. Go before you get to the sale. That's the best help we can provide you.
• We don't like to be this way, but we've had a lot of breakage the last few sales. It you break something you are responsible for paying for it.
• We do not allow pre-sells on items unless noted in the description of the picture.
• Bring bags to carry your items.
• Repeat: BRING BAGS TO CARRY YOUR ITEMS.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases.
• All large item purchases must be picked up by 10:00 am on Saturday. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned and resold (unless prior arrangements are made.) No refunds will be provided.
• Queen City Estate Sales LLC, neither its members or employees, nor their clients are responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and a comfortable estate sale experience.
• Some items may have reserved pricing and will be listed as such. No discounts will be applied to these items at any time during the sale.
• Thursday: Full Price
• Friday: 25% off listed price
• Saturday: 50% off listed price
• Saturday 10:30am till 11:30am: $5 Fill-a-Bag Sale!
• Final purchases must be made by 10:30am Saturday. We will require everyone to step outside and once the house is empty, we will then allow everyone back in for the $5 Fill-a-Bag Sale from approximately 10:30am till 11:30am. Fill as many bags as you want for $5 each. NOTE: We provide the bags. You may use your own bags to gather items but when you are checking out, all items must be in bags provided by us. Otherwise, we will charge you $25 per bag. Items must fit completely in the bag provided by QCES. Items too big to fit in a bag will be discounted 75% during this time. • IF WE HAVE EMPTIED THE HOUSE (Sold everything) WE MIGHT CLOSE DOWN EARLY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AND COME EARLY.
• Payment options include cash, debit, and credit card - $1 minimum on charges up to $30 and 3% charge on all charges over $30 (Credit or Debit or Bank.)
