• All sales are final. Items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and security and to ensure a comfortable estate sale experience.
• We do not allow access to the bathrooms. It's our policy and we won't change our mind about it during the sale. Take a tactical pee/poo somewhere before you come to the sale.
• BRING BAGS TO CARRY YOUR ITEMS.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases. We will help as much as possible but aren't always able to assist.
• You should arrange to take large, ticketed items with you the day you purchase them. If this isn't possible you must arrange a convenient time to get your item. All purchases must be picked up before the world-famous bag sale starts unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned and resold (unless prior arrangements are made.) No refunds will be provided.
• Queen City Estate Sales LLC, neither its members or employees, nor their clients are responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• Payment options include cash, debit, and credit card - $1 minimum on charges up to $30 and 3% charge on all charges over $30 (Credit or Debit or Bank.)
Discounts will be as follows:

- Thursday 25% Off
- Friday 50% off listed prices (until 11:45am)
- Friday our Famous $5 Bag Sale will start at 12:00 noon (Sometimes we start a little sooner-You've been warned.) Everyone will be required to make their final purchases by 11:45am and exit the house. We will do a quick reset of our registers, take items off the hold table and place them back in the house, remove certain items as requested by our clients, and do a quick survey of the house. We will then open the front door and allow everyone back in to fill bags for $5 each. We supply the bags so that everyone is using the same bag. All items must fit in the bag. Items too big to fit in the bag will be discounted 60%. Please don't try to stuff three bags full of items into one bag. Be a little classier than that.
All terms and conditions are subject to change. We also reserve the right to end the bag sale sooner than listed.

Please pay attention to the hours of this sale. We are going to repeat them here. If you show up at 2:10pm on Wednesday or Thursday or Friday for that matter, you will find us closed and have no one to blame but yourself. That's brutal we know but it's true. Seriously, we are closing at 2pm on Wednesday and Thursday and usually by 12:30pm on Friday. So, make sure you go read the dates and times very, very closely.
This sale is a smaller sale but full of bang! Lots and lots of Rock-n-Roll memorabilia along with a bunch of other fun stuff. The client had connections that is fact! Many concert ticket stubs, backstage passes, pictures with some biggies (Ozzy for instance), posters and more. If you are a headbanger or just love music stuff you gotta drop by. And if music isn't your thing that's OK. We have plenty of other stuff for you to browse and enjoy shopping for. Here is a little bit of what to expect:
- Rock-n-Roll: Albums, posters (Led Zeppelin Subway poster for instance!), concert ticket stubs, backstage passes, pictures, t-shirts, and more.
- The usual suspects: household furniture, MCM style chairs, MCM bed, dresser, vanity, TV, coffee table, etc.
- Kitchen stuff. Dishes, pans, utensils, gadgets, small appliances, etc.
- Vintage dining set with a classic chrome-edge oval table w/Red vinyl chairs. Super cool set.
- Women's Clothing including hats, scarves, gloves, coats, shoes, boots, etc
- Rugs
- Toiletries, high-end perfume
- And more, more, more.......
Take a look at the pictures and get a better idea of what you can find. There won't be a test, but we still suggest you study the pictures to make sure you know what is available and try to plan out your strategy to acquire all you want. And who knows, maybe we will set-up karaoke in the front yard and you can all take a shot at being Rock stars.
Now, after you have shopped and purchased a good number of items to help support local small businesses like Queen City Estate Sales, we suggest you head over to Wonders of Wildlife and visit. If you haven't been, it's a crazy fun time. Some really beautiful sea creatures they have over there and lots of cool information about marine life. Well worth going. Then take a drive downtown and enjoy lunch at St. Michael's on the corner of South Ave and McDaniel Street. Great food and the best Banana Cake you will ever eat. Really, it is fantastic. We promise. Be aware they are only open 11am - 3pm though.
