* WE ACCEPT CASH , CREDIT CARDS (2.5% fee with a $10 minimum purchase), and LOCAL CHECKS (with a valid photo ID).
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) Please bring help to load any large items purchased as we are not equipped to help load them.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember, all items are SOLD AS IS! SORRY, NO REFUNDS!
3) We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home.
4) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by 1 hour before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help to load as our employees do not help load large, heavy items.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7) Please do not bring food or drinks into the home.
8) Sorry, We do not pre-sale or give out prices prior to the estate sale.
