WE DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING estimates with the invoice. If customer delays in paying, we will cancel the invoice and re-offer the items to bidders who comply with our posted procedures. WE DO NOT MODIFY our shipping procedures for individual requests. We select the boxes and the shipping company. WE HAVE MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS because of our streamlined shipping and all bidders are expected to comply with our methods.
