We are excited to present a great sale in University City this weekend. It is in a private community off of N. Hanley. Therefore, we will not have any signage out. We are modifying our sale procedures to enable a safe social distance sale for you. We will be limiting entry and masks must be worn at all times. When buying heavy or bulky items, you are responsible to have help to remove items from premises and load on your own. We are not responsible for accidents. We reserve the right to change prices and/or remove items from the sale. We are happy to provide pricing and dimension information, but may only be able to provide that information when we are on site. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATRONAGE AND LOOK FORWARD TO SERVING YOU AT THE SALE!!
UPDATE: TODAY ONLY (SATURDAY) We are serving our customers first come, first serve. No need for an appointment. We learned yesterday that the square footage of the home enables us to invite in more customers and still maintain social distancing. We will still be limiting patrons, just finding it not necessary for an appointment only sale. Thank you.

Our clients have moved into a retirement community and have asked us to SELL IT ALL!! They have left behind a lifetime of treasures. Items are of good quality and condition. The home is full of furniture, both antique and contemporary. Included in the sale are three rooms of living room furniture, two desks, two rooms of bedroom furniture, dining room table and chairs, sunroom furniture, glassware, kitchen items, records, books, textiles, clothing, costume jewelry and so much more.
