Phil Benson was a very popular commercial artist and the family is liquidating his small estate. Mr. Benson lived by himself for many years in this simple one bedroom condo.The estate consists of normal household items that will be priced very moderately as the family needs to vacate the property. There are no collectables or antiques worth mentioning. There is, however, plenty of everyday furniture, electronics, linens and clothing. Mr. Benson was a large man and clothing including sweaters and logo jackets all sized XL and up. There is a complete bedroom set, a nice wicker table and chair set, some outdoor patio furnture, several nice tools and art supplies. Appliances include a full size refrigerator ($150), 2 microwaves, a Maytag washer ($120), an electric dryer ($100), and an electric range ($50 as it is very dirty and we did not clean it). We will also be featuring Mr. Benson's vehicle.It is priced well below book value.
