*Prices not released prior to sale. Come to the sale and shop! That is the fun of it! We will also not have time to answer texts, emails, or phone calls during the sale.
*Come prepared! Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials. We do not supply them for you!!!
*There are no refunds or returns. Once an item is paid for and leaves the sale location.

*We will have a number system in place for times when the sale is busy to limit the number of people in the house at one time. This will also allow those who want to be first in not to have to stand and wait in line before the sale, and it allows us to let people in in an orderly fashion. We will arrive and start handing out numbers no later than 30 minutes before the sale opens, but we could start handing them out earlier.
