To Bid: You will need to register through our software to participate in our online estate auctions. We will get contact and payment information from you at the time that you register.
Timed Bidding: Lots will begin closing at the advertised closing date & time and will close 30 seconds apart. If a new bid comes in during the last 30 seconds before a lot closes, an additional 1 minute will be added.
Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium is an additional charge to the winning bidder. It is a percentage of their bid and is added to the winning bid amount. The buyer’s premium is 16% of the final hammer price.
Condition: All items are sold as-is. Please carefully review the pictures and condition report before bidding on a lot. We are unable to offer refunds for condition issues if the issue was disclosed in the pictures and/or condition report.
Payment: If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice the morning after the auction and your credit card on file will be auto-charged (there is no additional fee for credit card payments). We do not accept cash or checks for payment.
Pickup: The item pickup date & time is advertised on each online estate auction. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice, as well as a link to sign up for a pickup time slot. Items not picked up during the advertised pickup window will be considered abandoned and will be donated without a refund. Brown Button does not provide any shipping services for online estate auctions.

This $1.9M Village of Loch Lloyd estate features a substantial collection of furniture, original art, photography, décor, outdoor furnishings, fitness equipment, and household items. The home design was completed by noted interior designer Janet Alholm, with furnishings and decorative pieces spanning contemporary, traditional, and vintage styles.
Highlights include Seville Home furnishings, a contemporary leather sofa, vintage blue leather game table with coordinating club chairs, an antique ice block cooler, original photography by Ken O'Renick, and an assortment of original framed art. The sale also includes the furniture from the living and dining rooms, along with several solid wood bedroom sets, upholstered seating, barstools, mirrors, rugs, lamps, décor, and vintage books.
Outdoor and architectural pieces include patio furniture, concrete planters, and bronze statuary. Additional household offerings include appliances and a range of functional furnishings and accessories throughout the home.
Fitness equipment includes a professional-style squat rack and treadmill. The collection as a whole offers a broad mix of designer furnishings, original artwork, vintage pieces, decorative accessories, outdoor furniture, exercise equipment, and practical household contents.
