It’s a beautiful weekend to take a drive to this HSH Estate Sale. Located in Warrensburg, we are honored to host this event for Deleta Williams. The house is for sale. It has 3 bedrooms, living, formal dining, and a large sunroom. The house and property share Warrensburg history having previously been part of the Pertle Springs Resort of years gone by, and the home of Cena Christopher Draper who wrote children’s novels.  If you are in the market for a new home, please consider the features of this one as you walk through the estate sale.

Deleta is a former State of Missouri representative. She was involved in many political and civic organizations. You will find buttons and other items related to such.  She hosted many guests with the house serving as a Bed and Breakfast. Thus, you will find various serving pieces available for purchase, along with memorabilia of Pertle Springs and UCM. There are a few guns also available for purchase.  So much to see. You will certainly want to make the trip to this Warrensburg HSH Estate Sale event.
