1a - Bidder Registration Information: Proper & Complete online registration is required to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions and any other announced terms of this auction or rules of this site. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.

1b - Bidding Information: Bidding is similar to eBay type auctions. We recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out bids as you would if it was a live auction. It only uses the funds required to outbid the other bidders at prescribed bid increments. If two people place the same bid amount the first bid in wins. Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing on Monday, August 8th, 2022 at 8 p.m. CST. Items will close every 10 seconds thereafter. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes if a bid is placed withing the last 2 minutes of that particular closing time.

1c - Payment, Pick Up and Shipping: Payment and Pick Up for this auction will be on Tuesday, Jan. 31st, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. inside Dragonfly Antiques, 21115 NW Service Road, Warrenton, MO 63383. We will also be shipping for all lots on this auction. However, if you are bidding and are going to need items shipped, please note: we do not use Currency Pay and you will need to either pay through PayPal or Call with your credit card information upon receipt of your invoice. Failure to pay for or pick up items may result in you being banned from bidding on future auctions.
