Please be aware and respect social distancing to our staff and others previewing and picking up items. You must remove shoes to view items in the home. You must take everything in your lot.  DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK ON GRASS. BE PATIENT WITH LOADING.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE AT THE CLOSE OF THIS AUCTION. Please be sure to check your email.  If you know you won and did not receive an invoice please call Mike @ 314-650-7317 OR Lisa @ 636-584-2560.  We have noticed that some buyers when registering their email, they have incorrectly entered their email and in turn do not receive their invoice.

YOU MUST COME PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON THE SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY AS HOME IS SOLD. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL ABSOLUTELY BE FORFIETED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A DISPOSAL FEE.  WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS

PLEASE BRING PACKING SUPPLIES AND HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS AND ANY NECESSARY EQUIPMENT/TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE YOUR ITEMS IF APPLICABLE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS.  THERE WILL NOT BE ANYONE THERE TO LOAD FOR YOU.
