We are privileged to offer the entire contents of this expansive 16 room Colonial Revival Home! This is an incredible 2 Day Estate tag Sale Event! This High End Estate Tag Sale will be held in conjunction with a Live Architectural Salvage Auction!

The Architectural Salvage Auction will be held on Saturday December 5th, at 2 PM on the front lawn!

The successful high bidder will have approximately 60 days to remove any and all Architectural Salvage, including Main House, Garage, Guest House, Outbuildings, and the surrounding 16 acre property! This includes the Boiler in the main home which was purchased in 2010. The home was built shortly after the World's Fair of 1904. Materials used in the St. Louis Exposition found their way here and were used in construction of the home. Extraordinary woodwork, doors, windows, trim, fixtures and hardware throughout the property! A rare opportunity to rescue a piece of local history!

The owner does reserve the right to accept or reject the final bid.
