Listing Information
This Sale has moved due to Covid 19 local ordinances. These were all the items we could readily move from the home in 2 days to our shop. Please do not email me to ask about specific lots, what you see is what was moved. Pick up will be a Drive Thru Style, please read and understand lot 2 This is an online only auction to liquidate a beautiful estate in Webster Woods. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This home is in beautiful condition and has a true pride of ownership. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 pm on Tuesday April 9th with 1 lot closing every 12 seconds. Pick up is from 9 am until 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday April 11-12 No assistance will be provided for removal or loading of any items so please bring any necessary tools and assistance. There is a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids to offset the fees associated with online auctions.
